Our Mission

To provide temporary shelter to stray, abandoned, and surrendered animals for the purpose of finding permanent suitable new homes.

To try our very best to assistance with spaying and neutering programs.

To establish cross-referral networks with local “for profit” veterinary doctors and clinics.

To provide assistance and information to others whose purposes are consistent with the purpose of T&D Rescue in Limestone Maine.

Our Projects

We are here to help keep the animal population down and under control through the means of getting all animals fixed as they are rescued.

Get your animals spayed and neutered, please! Special thanks to goes out to San Antonio Feral Cat Coalition (SAFCC) and Brooks Spay and Neuter Clinic in San Antonio TX for helping keep the animal population down.

We are in need of a local vet office, here in Maine for these purposes.

Involving Dogs and Cats Together

We have tried to keep the dogs and cats together as much as possible so they can coexist in their forever homes. So far it has been working out pretty good but we all know not all dogs and cats get along.

All cozy, sleeping together
